Join the Encounter School of Ministry Boston Campus as we take a pilgrimage to the 2024 Encounter Conference in Toledo, OH in 12-passenger vans. We will depart from Sacred Heart Church, Waltham and work our way to Toledo, OH. We'll make a couple pilgrimage stops on the way and one on the return. See below for the itinerary.

About the Event

This event only covers transportation to and from the 2024 Encounter Conference. All food and accommodations along the way and at the conference as well as the Encounter Conference admission itself are the responsibility of the pilgrim.

We will be staying at the Sleep Inn on the night of June 25, located off I-90 near Erie, PA. A group rate discount is available until April 14, 2024. You MUST call the hotel directly at (814) 864-1010 and mention the group code "Boston Encounter". After that time, pilgrims will be responsible to pay whatever rate the hotel offers.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

ACCOMMODATIONS AND MEAL COSTS: Pilgrims are responsible for the cost of accommodations, entrance fees, and meals. The pilgrims fee only covers transportation to and from the 2024 Encounter Conference in Toledo, OH.

TRANSPORTATION while in TOLEDO, OH: Pilgrims will be dropped at their respective hotels in Toledo, OH on June 26, 2024 and pilgrims must make their own arrangements to travel between their hotel and the conference throughout the period of the conference. Pilgrims will also be picked up from their respective hotels on June 29, 2024 for the return trip.

PILGRIMAGE PAYMENT: Full payment must be paid upon registration and NO REFUNDS will be granted after June 10, 2024.

WAITLIST: Please register if there are only waitlist slots available. Once we have sufficient waitlist numbers, we will add another van to the pilgrimage and open to another 12 pilgrims. Registration will close on Tues May 28 and the final van count will be made. If we have sufficient numbers in the waitlist, we will add one more van. Otherwise, we will not.

All registrations are final, and tickets are non-transferable to any other party. If you cannot attend this event for any reason, upon your request we will issue you a coupon refund of the total amount that can be used when registering for any future HOMe Ministries events for up to one year. All requests to receive a coupon refund must be made before May 20, 2024. No refunds will be granted after May 19, 2024. If the event is canceled due to diocese policy or government action (i.e. COVID-19), or some other unforeseen reason, HOMe Ministries will issue full refunds (minus processing fees) to registered participants.
